This aged Balsamic Vinegar is amazingly complex, with layers of authentic espresso and dark roasted coffee. It makes a fantastic glaze or barbeque base for pork, beef or chicken. Chef Suggested Pairings: Blood Orange Olive Oil, Chipotle Olive Oil or Harissa Olive Oil.
This is one of the most amazing balsamics I ever tasted! I drizzled it on classic caprese salad throughout the summer season.

Recently went to get ice cream with 2 sisters and my mom. Right next door to the ice cream shop was a balsamic vinegar store. I love that stuff! Anyway, we go in & I start asking about the many flavors. I found the espresso vinegar and poured it on my ice cream. AMAZING!

Absolutely amazing! I used an entire bottle of this in under two weeks! Used on everything from salads to a marinade for grilled shrimp. Can't live without it now.
