I received the violet balsamic vinegar as a gift and it is so delicious. It is my favorite vinegar. I could drink it straight up!

Perfect. I seem to be allergic to regular balsamic but this is perfect. So far it's the only balsamic I really like and can tolerate. I've turned on many a friend to it and they all love it. I'll be in the Saratoga area May 25 and hope to pick up many bottles as I see it is for sale for the entire month. I lost my job after 27 years and funds are tight but I can't pass up this deal.
