4 Tbsp Saratoga Olive Oil Co. Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Saratoga Olive Oil Co. Pineapple White Balsamic Vinegar
1 lb. pasta, cooked & cooled
1 can black beans, rinsed
1 can corn, rinsed
salt and pepper, to taste
1. Mix pasta, corn, and black beans in large bowl.
2. Whisk olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Combine with pasta mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
