I injected a pork loin with the cinnamon pear and blood orange olive oil mixture. I just added some fresh ground pepper and sea salt with a sprinkle of onion powder. Slow cooked it in the crock pot for six hours. It was magnificent! Can't wait to use it in a salad! I had to order more oil and vinegar for my sister. She was in love with the flavor!

We just love this! Make a small salad with avacado, onion, cucumber. A little Boston lettuce and this. ...YUM!
