Crushed November 2014 - Produced from hand selected olives on the "La Fenice-Coppa Malva" estate owned by the Galantino family. This balanced, herbaceous and robust oil finishes with capsicum pepperiness. A fantastic oil for finishing roasted pepper ot tomato salads or drizzling over grilled pizza or focaccia.
