I liked this so much more than I expected to. A splash of this with a drizzle of olive oil over a salad gives it a restaurant quality flavor. So good!

Of all the many balsamics I have bought from Saratoga oil, this is my absolute favorite. Every time I use it, people comment on how wonderful the salad or soup is--it's my secret that it is really the balsamic vinegar that makes it wonderful. I'm heading to the store this weekend to stock up on several bottles to give as sure-fire gifts.

We purchased several flavors of balsamics as well as oils on our trip to Saratoga Springs this past August. The maple balsamic turned out to be my very favorite and now my bottle is empty! Sure sounds to me like I need to wah, dry and return my bottle for a refill!

I was given a bottle from my son and daughter in law that live near Burlington VT. Maple balsamic, what a strange combination, I thought. They erged me to try it on a salad and ...WOW! It was wonderful. The maple sysryp wasn't overbearing and the tange of the vinegar compiments it so well. Hat's of to whomever created this flavor. I'm now looking for a store near me, so I can stock up. Really this is just delightful.

This is our personal favorite in balsamic vinegars!! It's wonderful on a salad that includes mixed greens, toasted walnuts, chopped dates and roasted butternut squash cubes. Delightfully sweet - but not too sweet!
