This olive, once only grown in Greece, has now found its way down under, in Australia. Such a unique olive, for its slightly floral notes of chamomile, green apple and in this case, kiwi. The flavor notes sing sweetly and are punctuated with pepper. As a finishing oil, will add a depth of flavor over your puréed root veg soups and fish with vegetables.
