This wonderfully sweet and pleasingly tart balsamic is a perfect combination of vine-ripened blackberries and exotic ginger. The Asian dimension makes this vinegar perfect for stir frying and reduction sauces. Delightful as a glaze on barbequed chicken or pork tenderloin.
I LOVE this balsamic. I use it instead of high sodium soy sauce. I also drizzle a bit of Honey Ginger balsamic vinegar with it as well, together they make a great combination, I don't even miss the salty soy sauce any longer. I can't send enough people to the Saratoga Olive Oil Company site
I made a cantaloupe, blackberry ginger mignonette for oysters with this balsamic for a 5 star wine dinner. Paired great with the crisp Charrdonay we served. So many possibilities!
I drizzled this on watermelon and on canteloupe. It was just heavenly.
I have added it to summer adult beverages as well. Would be good with vodka or gin, and even rum, I bet.
Wonderful, lightly dressing a delicate spinach and mixed greens salad with local hard boiled egg. and cheddar....
