Traditional 18-Year Aged Balsamic Vinegar:Our finest balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy. Aged up to 18 years in oak barrels. Very complex, thick and potent enough to be dripped onto a dish as a condiment and balanced enough so it will pair well with one of our olive oils in a salad dressing.
Portuguese Cobrancosa Varietal/EVOO:We, and our local restaurants, anticipate the arrival of this special oil each year. On the nose, Cobrancosa has notes of unripe tropical fruit and clippings of spicy fresh greens such as arugula or mustard. On the palate, the oil arrives with a delicate florality of young fresh tea blossoms. The finish has a mild white peppercorn spice that carry along the floral notes. Enjoy this gorgeous oil with your best bread, finishing soups and steamed vegetables or drizzled over simply prepared fish with a squeeze of lemon!
