Stopped by SOOC on our annual Saratoga trip and purchased this to be used for marinating grilled fish , chicken and lamb, also used to dress grilled veggies ..WOW.. wonderful flavor . Also good to brighten up soups as a finishing oil.
A few drops in an Italian olive oil cake enhanced the subtle lemon flavor.
