From one of our favorite producers in Jaén, Spain, arrives our bright Picual. This mono-cultivar oil boasts fresh garden clipped flavors of baby arugula, cilantro and watercress with the fruit of tomato and under ripe bananas. The pepper tickle is indicative of those healthy phenols, the antioxidants that help with the shelflife of this extra virgin olive oil, but also with the preservation of our bodies. Our suggested uses: a heavy handed pour over toasted country bread with French Grey Salt, on any tomato dish baked or raw, or paired with Sicilian Lemon and fresh herbs for vegetables hot off the grill.
