Reflective of the fragrant terroir she grows on, this Cerasuola extra virgin olive oil from Sicily has wonderful aromas of sweet almonds, fennel fronds, and fresh herbs. Creamy and luxurious on the palate, with the sweetness of perfectly ripe tropical fruit (think banana), the bitterness and pepper are only very minor supporting roles. This is an oil that would please any palate and would add fragrance and freshness to any dish!
