This small family farm cultivates centuries old trees in Puglia, Italy. This incredibly intricate oil tells a story on the palate, & won Gold at this years LA Olive Oil Competition. The experience includes vegetal notes of asparagus & raw green beans, & fruit notes of un-ripened banana, grape skins & lemon peel. There are so many complexities to this oil that we wonder, what do you taste?
