On the nose, Cobrancosa has notes of unripe tropical fruit and clippings of spicy fresh greens such as arugula or mustard. On the palate, the oil arrives with a delicate florality of young fresh tea blossoms. The finish has a mild white peppercorn spice that carry along the floral notes. Enjoy this gorgeous oil with your best bread, finishing soups and steamed vegetables or drizzled over simply prepared fish with a squeeze of lemon!
