Ingredients

  • 2 c flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 1/2 c milk
  • 1 1/2 T Blood Orange Olive Oil
  • zest of 3 oranges
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 pinch salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Directions

  • 1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
  • 2. Prepare a bunt pan, butter and flour.
  • 3. Whisk eggs and sugar together; add milk, Blood Orange olive oil and orange zest.
  • 4. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
  • 5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry mix.
  • 6. Pour mixture into the prepared cake pan and bake for 50-55 min.
