Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar

Blood Orange Salad

Blood Orange EVOO, Saratoga Varietal EVOO, and Pomegranate Balsamic

Ingredients

  • 5 egg yolks
  • 5 blood oranges, zested
  • 4 T SOOC Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ C white onion
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 1 C SOOC Blood Orange Fused Olive Oil
  • 1 C a mild SOOC Varietal/Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 package mixed greens salad mix

Directions

  • 1. Add all ingredients except Olive Oil to blender or food processor; blend until smooth.
  • 2. Blend on low while slowly adding Olive Oil until emulsified.
  • 3. Dress greens, serve immediately. (Optional: add sliced Blood Oranges for garnish.)
