French Fleur De Sel Sea Salt

Citrus, Olive, and Caper Salad

Designed for our Ultra Premium Olive Oil Collection, this recipe is a wonderful accompaniment to our braised cod with mushrooms and artichokes.

Ingredients

  • 4 mixed citrus, , supremed, pith removed and quartered ( ex. lemon, small grapefruit, blood orange, cara cara orange)
  • 3 T chopped capers
  • 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c pitted kalamata olives, quartered
  • 2 T Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 T chopped parsley
  • Fleur de Sel Sea Salt

Directions

  • 1. Plate the citrus, capers, red onion, olives scattered over a platter.
  • 2. Drizzle the salad with robust extra virgin and sprinkle fleur de sel over the citrus.
  • 3. Finish with a sprinkle of freshly chopped parsley and serve.
