Cooked Figs with Greek Yogurt and Walnuts

Designed for our Greek Collection, enjoy this dish for a healthy dessert or add granola for breakfast!


  • 1 c dried figs, covered with Fig Balsamic
  • 1/2 t grated cinnamon
  • 2 T dark honey (such as buckwheat)
  • 1 c walnuts, roughly tossed and toasted until fragrant and golden in a sauté pan with 2T butter
  • Greek Yogurt


  • 1. Heat the figs, balsamic, honey in small sauce pan. Cook at a low simmer for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
  • 2. Portion the greek yogurt into small bowls and spoon the fig compote over. Garnish with toasted walnuts and serve.
