Honey Ginger Glazed BBQ Ribs

Sweet and tangy! A grilling sensation.

Ingredients

  • 4 racks (8 lbs) baby back ribs
  • ¾ C + 3 T SOOC Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 T brown sugar
  • 12 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 T SOOC Sicilian Sea Salt
  • 1 T + 1 t SOOC Japanese Roasted Sesame Seed Oil
  • 3 T honey
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • toasted sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Directions

  • 1. Combine 3 T of balsamic, brown sugar, sea salt & 1 T Sesame Oil to make the marinade. Coat the ribs with mixture & allow to marinate for at least 12 hours in a sealed container.
  • 2. For the glaze, combine ¾ C of the balsamic, honey & soy sauce in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Allow to reduce by half & remove from heat. Add 1 t of Sesame Oil & stir to combine.
  • 3. Prepare the grill & preheat the oven to 275°F. Over medium heat, grill the ribs (about 5 minutes per side). Place ribs on a large baking pan in a single layer. Brush on the glaze & cover with foil. Bake the ribs for 2 hours or until tender & the meat falls off the bone. Sprinkle ribs with sesame seeds to garnish. Serve & enjoy!
