Slow roasted, expeller pressed and lightly filtered. Made in California. Try in dressings for your favorite salad, dipping, pestos, or as a finishing oil. Pairs well with any of our berry balsamics.
I've tried this various ways and just can't discern any flavor that's worth the exorbitant price. I love all the infused olive oils I've tried, but the nut oils leave me cold.
