Meet Our New Website!

New year, new look!

At Saratoga Olive Oil Co. we're always working hard to provide our customers the best products and the best service possible. In that effort, we've recently updated our website; read ahead for a few tips to help you navigate each feature!

Creating an account

We strongly recommend creating a Saratoga Olive Oil Co. account to any customer! Creating an account allows you to easily view your ordering history, track your orders and maintain an address book for frequently used addresses. An account also allows you to ship to multiple addresses when placing an order!

Signing up for an account is a simple process, too!

Just click "LOG IN/SIGN UP" in the upper righthand corner of the website (visible from any page). From there, click "Create an Account" to be directed to the sign up page:

 

Forgot your password? No need to worry!

Did you notice the checkbox that asks you to sign up for our newsletter? If you don't already receive our newsletter, it's a great way to learn about any discounts and specials that we have available.

Already have an account, but forgot to signup for our newsletter? You can also sign up on the home page of our website, in the bottom righthand corner, here:

Representative Assistance

See that envelope in the red circle? This means that there is not a representative that is available "live" to chat on the site at that time. But if you have any questions, concerns or inquiries, you can click on that envelope to send us a message! Once you click on the envelope, you'll see this form that you can complete to leave a message:

On the website and see this little "chat bubble" instead?

 

Just like this "bubble" says, if you need any help (i.e. navigating the website, product questions, etc.) you can click on this icon to speak with a representative in real time! Once you click on the window, please provide your name and email in the text boxes provided; this will allow us to better assist you!

Using a discount code

Shopping with a discount code? In order to ensure the discount is applied to your order, you must enter your code before you begin processing your order/payment details. The discount code can be entered directly on the shopping cart page, on the right hand of the shopping cart item list, here:

  

If you are using a gift card to pay for your order, you will also use this same field to enter your code (and the gift card amount will be shown as a discount in your cart total)!

Getting a shipping quote

Notice the box that reads "estimate shipping and tax," underneath the "discount codes" section? When shopping online, orders over $100 (unless stipulated otherwise during a sale/special promotion) always ship free; when your order is under the minimum for free shipping, the cost of shipping is always calculated by weight (as well as the location the package is being shipped to). Because of this, the best way to get an accurate quote is to complete this quote:

 

At this time, in-store pickup is only available at our Saratoga location; orders for pickup are not available immediately, please still allow at least 2-3 business days for processing on these.

Shipping to multiple addresses

Remember where you could see your discount code being applied to your order?

At the bottom, if you want to ship items in your order to more than one address, select "Checkout with Multiple Addresses" instead of clicking "proceed to checkout." In order to ship to multiple addresses, you will be prompted to create an account (if you do not already have one, or if you are not logged in). Once you are past that point, if you already have the addresses stored in your address book, you will be able to use that information to apply a specific address to a specific item:

As you can see above, you can split up your order as much as you choose! Please keep in mind (unless stipulated otherwise due to a sale/special) all orders over $100 ship for free when shipping to a single address; when shipping to multiple addresses, the $100 minimum for free shipping applies to each address you are shipping to.

Adding a gift message

When you are finalizing your order, if you would like to, you have the option to add a gift message to be included. Simply fill out the "from" and "to" sections, type your desired message in the box provided - now your gift is ready to send!
