This Portuguese extra virgin is a varietal the local chefs wait for every year to offer guests at bread service, because of its fruity, nutty flavor that is pleasing to everyone! Our new harvest Cobrancosa is exceptional this year - Lush and fruity with tropical fruit notes of ripe and green banana and macadamia nut, with a tingling radish spice which gently fades away to a clean and almost florally fragrant finish. Fill up a big bottle and enjoy this extra virgin as much as you can, in all your dishes raw or cooked. Our favorite new application: Mediterranean Tuna salad with red currants, pinenuts, parsley, mint, sliced shallots and a touch of Pomegranate Balsamic.
