This bright and lush southern Italian varietal, grown and crushed in Chile, has lively creamy fruit notes and hints of unriped banana. A gentle but enveloping pepper heat will coat your mouth like a bite of crisp radish and the finish has the most pleasant, soft nuttiness. This extra virgin olive oil will combine perfectly with your favorite dark balsamic (Red Apple balsamic particularly) to dress fall greens, dried fruit and your favorite cheese and / or nut.
