This lovely little Spanish olive is grown in the vastly beautiful country side of Chile. More notes of tropical fruit (think mango) than its Spanish counterpart. Enjoy over a hot baked potato with Fleur de Sel sea salt, tossed into a simple pasta, or drizzled over soup.
