Our Sicilian Nocellara shines with flavor notes of citrus, celeriac and banana, but the true pleasure of this oil comes with the long creamy cashew finish. Nocellara would be gorgeous finishing oil to grilled or roasted fish or blend with sultanas, walnuts, parsley, garlic and our Fig Balsamic for a garnish to hearty roasted fish, grilled vegetables or baked sweet potatoes.
