Italian Bread Dip

This is such a simple, yet flavorful, snack! It's perfect to set out at a party, before dinner, or just as an afternoon snack. You can pair this dip with bread, pita chips, veggies, and so much more!

Products used: Tuscan Herb Olive Oil, Traditional 18-Year Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients

1⁄2 cup Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
1 teaspoon fresh basil, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
4 to 6 tablespoons Traditional 18-Year Balsamic Vinegar
Grated parmesan cheese, as desired
Bread of choice

Directions

Chop the basil and oregano and set aside.

Pour the olive oil into a mixing bowl. Add garlic and herbs and mix until combined.

Whisk the balsamic vinegar into the olive oil mixture and top with parmesan cheese.

Pair with toasted baguette crostinis or with your favorite bread and enjoy!
