Fresh mint gives this simple vinaigrette a flavor that store-bought dressings can’t compete with. Pairs wonderfully with fresh fruit and spinach salads!

Products used: Strawberry Vinaigrette Pairing, Varietal Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) Subscription - Mild, Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients

2 Tbsp SOOC Mild Varietal Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
3 Tbsp SOOC Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp Fresh Mint, Chopped
Salt and Pepper

Directions

Place ingredients in a bowl and whisk until emulsified.
