This simple salad dressing is bursting with flavor! We are combining a limited edition Truffle Balsamic Vinegar to create this unique balsamic vinaigrette. It is wonderful!

Products used: , Himalayan Pink Sea Salt, Varietal Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) Subscription - Medium

Ingredients

2 tsps Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Garlic, minced
½ cup SOOC Varietal Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ cup SOOC Truffle Balsamic Vinegar
¼ tsp SOOC Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
¼ tsp Black Pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake until combined.

Drizzle over salad. Enjoy!
